For this private residential project, the client aspired to maintain the tradition of Chinese culture of keeping the whole family under one roof through linking several units of houses together. As a close-knit family unit, the dining area would act as a common space where the entire family would dine together. There would be 1 Master Suite apartment and 4 family suite apartments combined into one villa which was located on a terracing hill, each with views towards Gombak.
