For this project, the client wishes to capitalise on the close proximity of the site to a new proposed ECRL Mentakab Station which would directly link to the capital city, hence becoming a prime location for locals who frequently commute to Kuala Lumpur. The exclusive residential development utilises pocket gardens to not only provide a breath of fresh air but also encourage community interaction and integration.
