Placemaking

The building form plays a major role in the creation of public space and facilities for residents that is both comfortable and safe. The two blocks diverge at the main entrance to appear welcoming and unobtrusive as one approaches the building. The public space and shared facilities are located in between the residential blocks where it grants sufficient privacy from the street level yet still in the line of vision of neighbors, providing security.
