Rooted in adaptive reuse and efficiency, we retain the existing structural framework and reimagines it with a new architectural identity. The two-storey intervention introduces a lightweight roof, open planning, and alfresco terraces that encourage flexibility and future expansion. Minimal white and neutral tones are complemented by integrated greenery, fostering a relaxed, human-scaled environment. This option demonstrates a sustainable approach to EV infrastructure—maximising existing assets while delivering a refreshed, contemporary rest-stop experience.
