Nanizain Architect is looking for a Resident Engineer with 6-7 years of on-site experience to be part of our site-based team for an upcoming highway rest & service area facilities project in Rembau area.
The role involves full-time professional site supervision of the Contractor’s works, as the Engineer’s representative, coordinating with supervision staff to ensure compliance with contract, statutory, quality, and programme requirements.
Position Details
Role: Resident Engineer (RE)
Experience: Minimum 6–7 years of on-site experience
Duration: 12 months
Location: Pedas Linggi Layby Northbound, North–South Expressway
Key Responsibilities
Review documents, drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
Supervise site works and liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities.
Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with approved requirements.
Verify work progress, review as-built drawings, and confirm works completion.
Conduct site inspections, manage non-conformances, and oversee defect rectification.
