Nanizain Architect is looking for a dedicated and organised Office Administration Personnel to support the daily operations of our studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing administrative workflows, coordinating people matters, and keeping an office running smoothly and efficiently.
As a small but dynamic architectural practice, you will play a key role in ensuring our internal processes – from human resources to general administration – are well-managed and well-organised.

Role: Office Administration & HR Executive
Location: NZA Office
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general office administration, documentation, and correspondence.
Handle human resource tasks including staff records and attendance, leave management, onboarding and off-boarding processes, recruitment coordination.
Maintain proper filing systems and office records.
Assist with payroll coordination and HR related documentation.
Support management with scheduling, procurement, and office operations.
Liaise with external vendors, authorities, and service providers.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or HR-related roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
