8B8C Pre-CPC Inspection Site Visit

NZA recently conducted a Pre-Certificate of Practical Completion (Pre-CPC) inspection for one of our projects with Worldwide Holdings Berhad in Bukit Bandaraya, Shah Alam; 8B8C, or known as Pavonia. The visit marks a key step in ensuring the quality and readiness of the Advance Units before formal handover.

During the inspection, our team reviewed architectural finishes, material specifications, spatial functionality, and compliance with design intent. This collaborative session with consultants and site representatives ensures a smooth transition toward final completion. Our architects remain actively involved, maintaining design integrity and delivering a space that meets both aesthetic and functional expectations.
